Given trinomial = 72-18w+w^2

We can able to write it w^2-18w+72

= w^2-6w-12w+72

= w(w-6)-12(w-6)

Take common out (w-6) from above polynomial.

= (w-6)(w-12)

Factoring of given trinomial is (w-6)(w-12).
