y=x+1

-x+y=3

Given  first equation y  = x +1

Subtract x from each side.

y -x  = 1 ---> (1)

Second equation -x +y  = 3 ---> (2)

Observe (1)&(2) are parallel lines.

Parallel lines does not intersect.

Given system has no solution.
