Given : 12x ^2y ^4 - 3xy ^5 + 9x ^3y ^2.

Reorder the terms.

- 3xy ^5 + 12x ^2y ^4 + 9x ^3y ^2

Factor out thr greatest common factor(GCF), 3xy ^2.

3xy ^2(- y ^3 + 4xy ^2 + 3x^2).

Therefore, factor form of 12x ^2y ^4 - 3xy ^5 + 9x^3y ^2 is 3xy ^2(- y ^3 + 4xy ^2 + 3x ^2).
