Width of rectangle say = x

Length of rectangle is be 4+2x

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

104 = 2(4+2x+x)

104 = 2(4+3x)

104 = 8+6x

Subtract 8 from each side.

104-8 = 8+6x-8

96 = 6x

Divide by 6 to each side.

96/6 = 6x/6

16 = x

Width = 16m

Length = 4+2*16

= 4+32

= 36

Width = 16m and Length = 36m
