The equation is p = - 3h ^2 + 11h - 3.

Let, - 3h ^2 + 11h - 3 = 0.

- 3h ^2 + 11h - 3 = 0 is a quadratic equation.use quadratic formula, to find the roots of the related quadratic equation.

Solution of the equation is image.

Check :

Substitute the value h = 3.36 in - 3h ^2 + 11h - 3 = 0.

- 3(3.36)^2 + 11(3.36) - 3 = 0

- 33.96 + 36.96 - 3 = 0

- 36.96 + 36.96 = 0

0 = 0.

The above statement is true, so h = 3.36 is a solution of - 3h ^2 + 11h - 3 = 0.

Substitute the value h = 0.29 in - 3h ^2 + 11h - 3 = 0.

- 3(0.29)^2 + 11(0.29) - 3 = 0

- 0.2523 + 3.19 - 3 = 0

- 3.19 + 3.19 = 0

0 = 0.

The above statement is true, so h = 0.29 is a solution of - 3h ^2 + 11h - 3 = 0.
