Given line slope(m )= 1/4 and line passes through image.

Equation of a line in point slope form is  image.

Cross multiplication.

4 - 4 = x - 3

Add 4 to each side.

4y  - 4 + 4 = x  - 3 + 4

4y  = x + 1

Divide each side by 4.

4y /4 = x /4 + 1/4

Required line equation is y  = x /4 +1/4.
