ΔDFG is dialtd by a scale factor of 1/4 and has the center of dialation at (0.0). What are the coordinates of D',F' and G'?

ΔDFG has vertices are D (2,4), F(4,8), and G (6,4).

A scale of factor is 1/4. and the center of dialation at (0, 0)

So, D(2, 4) = (1/4)(2, 4) = (0.5, 1)

F(4, 8) = (1/4)(4, 8) = (1, 2)

G(6, 8) = (1/4)(6, 8) = (1.5, 2)

Therefore D' = (0.5, 1). F = (1, 2) and G = (1.5, 2)

G'=(1/4)(6,4)=(1.5,1)
D' = (0.5, 1), F' = (1, 2) and G'=(1.5, 1)
