The slope of the line equation m = 0

Point passing through the equation is (-6,5)

Line Equation when slope m is given

y = mx + b

y = b

The Point (-6,5) passes through the line equation y = b.

5 = b

Therefore b = 5

Then the Line Equation is y = 5.

Therefore the Line Equation of slope m = 0 and passing through the Point (-6,5) is y = 5.

Slope of the line is zero, so the line is parallel to x-axis.

The line equation will be its y-coordinate. i.e., y = 5.
