The Expression is image.

We make use of long-division method to solve the problem.

Divide the first term of the dividend by the first term of the divisor -2x5/x = -2x4

So, the first term of the quotient is -2x4. Multiply (x-3) by -2x4 and subtract

image

Divide the first term of the dividend by the first term of the divisor -2x4/x = -2x³

So, the first term of the quotient is -2x³. Multiply (x-3) by -2x³ and subtract

image

Divide the first term of the dividend by the first term of the divisor -7x³/x = -7x²

So, the first term of the quotient is -7x². Multiply (x-3) by -7x² and subtract

image

Divide the first term of the dividend by the first term of the divisor -23x²/x = -23x

So, the first term of the quotient is -23x. Multiply (x-3) by -23x and subtract

image

Divide the first term of the dividend by the first term of the divisor -66x/x = -66

So, the first term of the quotient is -66. Multiply (x-3) by -66 and subtract

image

Therefore,

Quotient is image

Remainder is -203
