I need to know if I am right on this question, Find the legal values of b in the fraction.

The fraction image

A numarator is allowed to take on the value of zero in a fraction . Any legal fraction (denominator not equals to zero) with a numarator equal to zero has an overall value of zero.

The legal values is the values that make the  denominator not equals  to zero.
