The expression is 4t^2 - 16/8 t - 2/6.

= 4t^2 - 2t - 1/3

Apply LCM rule : a/b + c/d = (1/bd)(ad + bc).

= (1/3)[3(4t^2 - 2t) - 1]

= (1/3)[12t^2 - 6t - 1].

The solutions is (1/3)[12t^2 - 6t - 1].
