The first line equation : 3x - 2y = 6

The slope of the line m = - x coefficient / y coefficient = -3 / -2 = 3 / 2

The second line equation : 6x - 4y = 14

The slope of the line m = - x coefficient / y coefficient = -6 / -4 = 3 / 2

The two lines slopes are equal then the lines are parallel

They have no solution.
