The functioon is f(x)  =  Ca^x

The point is (2, 2/9)

Substitute the point (x, f(x)) = (2, 2/9) in f(x)

2/9  =  Ca^2

C  =  2/(9a^2)

Substitute  C  =  2/(9a^2) in f(x)

f(x) = [ 2/(9a^2) ]a^x

f(x) = (2/9)[ a^(x - 2) ]

Answer :

f(x) = (2/9)[ a^(x - 2) ]
