The expression is 15x2 - 52x + 21.

By factoring by grouping.

15x2 - 52x + 21 = 15x2 - 45x  - 7x + 21

= 15x(x - 3) - 7(x - 3)

= (x - 3)(15x - 7).

The complete factor of 15x2 - 52x + 21 is (x - 3)(15x - 7).
