13n = 0           (zero property)

n = 0/13

n = 0

The property used here is zero property

Zero Product Property. The "Zero Product Property" says that: If a × b = 0 then a = 0 or b = 0 (or both a = 0 and b = 0)

13n = 0
n = 0, since 13 is an integer.
