Given polynomial is 2x^9-12x^7+16x^3/-2x^6

= 2x^9/-2x^6-12x^7/-2x^6+16x^3/-2x^6

= -x^3+6x-8/x^3

 2x^9-12x^7+16x^3/-2x^6 =    -x^3+6x-8/x^3
