Let width of rectangle = x

Now its length is be 2x

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(x+2x)

60 = 2(3x)

60 = 6x

Divide by 6 to each side.

60/6 = 6x/6

10 = x

width = 10cm

length = 2*10 = 20cm

Length of given rectangle = 20cm
