Let ABCD is a rectangle.

length of rectangle means one side AB = 4

diagonal of rectangle means AC = 5

ABC is right angle triangle.

From the pythogeron theory,AC^2 = AB^2+BC^2

25 = 16+BC^2

25-16 = BC^2

9 = BC^2

BC = 3

BC is width of rectangle.

Perimeter of given rectangle = 2(4+3)

= 2*7

Perimeter of rectangle = 14
