Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

l = 10 3/16 = 163/16

b = 6 7/8 = 55/8

P = 2(163/16+55/8)

= 2(163+110)/16

= 273/8

= 34.125 inches.

Perimeter of given rectangle = 34.125 inches.
