Circle center is (h,k) = (4,-4)

It passes through (-4,-2)

The distance between center and the point is be radious of circle.

(x1,y1) = (4,-4) and (x2,y2) =( -4,-2)

r = sqrt[(-4-4)^2+(-2+4)^2]

= sqrt(64+4)

= sqrt(68)

Circle equation is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2

(x-4)^2+(y+4)^2 = (sqrt(68))^2

(x-4)^2+(y+4)^2 = 68

x^2+16-8x+y^2+16+8y = 68

x^2+y^2-8x+8y-68+32 = 0

Circle equation is x^2+y^2-8x+8y-36 = 0.
