Rectangle area A = l*b = 28cm^2

Given b = 4cm

4l = 28

Divide to each side by 4.

4l/4 = 28/4

l = 7cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2(7+4)

= 2*11

= 22 cm
