The line perpendicular to image

Since the line image is parallel to x-axis.

So, any line parallel to y -axis is perpendicular to image, i.e image where c is x intercept.

But here the perpendicular line passes through the point (2, 3)

since x intercept is 1, therefore image.

The line perpendicular to image and passes through the point (2, 3) is image.

sorry ! _____ typo mistake ------------>

since the coordinate of x in the point (2, 3) is 2, therefore x = 2.

The line perpendicular to y = 5 and passes through the point (2, 3) is x = 2.

The line y = 5 is a horizontal line and parallel to x -axis.

We need perpenicular line equation so line equation will be x = k

Find the k value by substituing point (2 , 3)

2 = k

So, th eline equation is x = 2
