3/x-2 + 8/ x+3 = 2

(3(x+3)+8(x-2)/(x-2)(x+3) = 2

(3x+9+8x-16)/(x-2)(x+3) = 2

(11x-7)/(x-2)(x+3) = 2

11x-7 = 2(x-2)(x+3)

11x-7 = 2x-4(x+3)

11x-7 = 2x^2+6x-4x-12

2x^2+6x-4x-11x-12+7 = 0

2x^2-9x-5 = 0

Compare it to quadratic equation ax^2+bx+c = 0
