Given line equation y = (-1/3)x-5

If x = 0 then y = -5

If x = -3 then y =  -4

If x = 3 then y = -6

Coordinate pairs are (0,-5),(-3,-4),(3,-6).

Graph

Draw the coordinate plane.

Plot the above coordinate pairs.

Connect the plotted ponts.

Then formed line is indicates the equation y = (-1/3)x-5.
