Width of rectangle = W

Length of rectangle (L) = W + 22

Perimeter of rectangle (P) = 2(L + W) = 244 units

244 = 2(W + 22 + W)

244 = 2(2W + 22)

244 = 4W + 44

244 - 44 = 4W

200 = 4W

W = 200/4

W = 50

L = W + 22 = 50 + 22 = 72

Width of rectangle = 50 units

Length of rectangle = 72 units.
