Given equation 5x+3y = 9

Substitute the above points in line equation.

(-3,-8) = -15-24 = -39

(1,-1) = 5-3 = 2

(3,2) = 15+6 = 21

(9,12) = 45+36 = 81

Given coordinate pairs are not passes through the 5x+3y = 9.

5x+3y = 9

Subtract 5x from each side.

3y = -5x+9 ---> (1)

Divide to each side by 3.

y = (-5/3)x+3

Graph

Draw the coordinate plane.

Draw the line.

Plot the points.

From the graph we can observe given coordinate pairs are not lie on line.
