The equation is y = 1/4 x - 1 and the ordered pairs  (4, _), (0, _).

Substitute the values (x, y)=(4, y) in the original equation.

y = 1/4 (4) - 1

y = 1-1

y = 0.

Substitute the values (x, y)=(0, y) in the original equation.

y = 1/4 (0) - 1

y = 0 - 1

y = - 1.

The ordered pairs are (4, 0) and (0, -1).
