Slope-intercept form line equation is y = mx + b. m is slope and b is y - intercept.

Step1. First find the slope of the line using slope formula.

m = 2
Step2. Next find the y-intercept.

b (y - intercept) value can be found by replacing the x and y coordinate values in the equation with the given points. repalce m = 2 and (x, y) with (-1, 0)

0 = 2 × (-1)+ b

0 = -2+ b

Add 2 to each side

b = 2                                   (Simplify)
Step3. Write the final line equation.

repalce m = 2 and b = 2 in Slope-intercept form line equation y = mx + b

y = 2x + 2.
