list the prime factors of each number.

prime factors of 6(11x - y )(2x + 3y ) = 2 * 3 * (11x - y ) * (2x + 3y ).

prime factors of 10(11x - y ) = 2 * 5 * (11x - y ).

LCM is the product of each factor the greatest number of times it occurs in any number.

LCM = 2 * 3 * 5 * (11x - y ) * (2x + 3y ) = 30(11x - y )(2x + 3y ).

Least common multiple of 6(11x - y )(2x + 3y ) and 10(11x - y ) is 30(11x - y )(2x + 3y ).
