the line containing the points (1,-6) and (5,3) is perpendicular to the containing the points (4,8) and (-3,K).

1. find the value of K.
2. find the equation of each line in the form of y=mx+b.

Step1) To find  first line equation.

Perpendicular line slopes are negitive reciprocal to each other.

So second line slope would be -4/9.
