The expression is 2x3 + 3x2 - 2x - 3.

= x2 (2x + 3) - 1(2x + 3)

= (x2 - 1) (2x + 3)

= (x2 - 12) (2x + 3)                            [Since a2 - b2 = (a + b)(a - b)]

= (x + 1) (x - 1) (2x + 3) is the solution.
