Substitute m1 = -2 in equation (3)

-2 X m2  =  -1

m2  =  (-1) / (-2)

m2  =  1/2

Substitute m2 = 1/2 and c = -3 in equation(2)

y  =  (1/2)x + (-3)

y  =  (x/2) - 3

y  =  (x - 6) / 2

2y  =  x - 6

x - 2y  =  6
