Step 1 Find the slope of ine  through A&S

A(9,2) S(-1,4)

m = [(4-2)/(-1-9)]

= 2/-10

= -1/5

Slope is  say m1 = -1/5

Required line slope say m2.

We know that it is perpendicular,so m2 = 5.

Step2  Find the final line equation

Point U(-3,3) = (x1,y1)

y-3 = 5(x+3)

y-3 = 5x+15

Add 3 to each side.

y-3+3 = 5x+15+3

Required line eqution is y = 5x+18
