The point is (4, 5)

Given Equation of Line is 6x - 2y = 3.

Rewrite the aboveline equation

6x - 3  =  2y

2y  =  6x - 3

y  =  6/2 x - 3/2

y  =  3x - 3/2 -----------> (1)

Compare Eq (1) with point intercept form y = mx + c

Slope m = 3.

The equation of point slope form is y - y1  =  m(x - x1) --------> (2)

Substitute (x1, y1) = (4, 5) and m =3 in Eq (2)

y - 5  =  3 (x - 4)

y - 5  =  3x - 12

3x - y  =  12 - 5

3x - y  =  7

Answer :

The Equation of Line is 3x - y  =  7
