20-4/5x ≥16

Subtract 20 from each side.

20-20-4/5x ≥ 16-20

-4/5x ≥ -4

Multiple to each side by negitive 5/4 and change the inequality symbol.

-4/5x*-5/4 ≤ -4*-5/4

Product of two same signs is positive.

x ≤ 5

Solution x ≤ 5.
