Given polynomial x^2+8x+15

= x^2+5x+3x+15

= x(x+5)+3(x+5)

= (x+5)(x+3)

Factors are in desending oreder (x+5),(x+3).

By the factor therom x+5 is a factor, f(-5) = 0

and x+3 is a factor, f(-3) = 0

x = -5 and x = -3

Roots are in desending order

x = -3,-5.
