Divisor is 3x-1.

3x-1 ) 3x^2-7x+1 (x-2

         3x^2-x

      (-)     (+)

      _________

            -6x+1

            -6x+2

            (+) (-)

           _______

              -1

Check

By the division algorithm  3x^2-7x+1 = (3x-1)(x-2)-1

3x^2-7x+1 = 3x^2-6x-x+2-1

3x^2-7x+1 = 3x^2-7x+1
