3(y-10)+1 = x(y-8)

3y-30+1 = xy-8x

3y-29 = xy-8x

Subtract xy and add 29 to each side.

3y-xy = -8x+29

y(3-x) = -8x+29

Divide to each side by (3-x).

y = (-8x+29)/(3-x)
