slope intercept form line equation is y = mx + b, m is slope and b is y-intercept.
slope of the line = -4
the lines are perpendicular so slopes of the line = -1/m = -1/-4 = 1/4
the line equation is y=1/4 x+b
find the y-intercept by replacing (x,y) with (2,2) int he line equation.
2 = 1/4 * 2 + b
2 =1/2 + b
b = 2 - 1/2 =( 4-1)/2 = 3/2
the line equation is y = 1/4 x + 3/2
