(3x-5) + (3x+6)

3x-5+3x+6

6x+1

To solve the expression,let it is equal to 0.

So 6x+1 = 0

Apply subtraction property, subtract 1 from each side.

6x = -1

Apply division property, divide by 6 to each side.

x = -1/6
