Given lines are y = 2x-3

and 2x-4 = 8

Add 4 to each side.

2x-4+4 = 8+4

2x = 12

Divide to each side by 2.

2x/2 = 12/2

x = 6

Slope ntercept form is y = mx+b

y = 2x-3 line slope is 2.

x = 6 line slope is 0.

The lines doesn't have equal slope and the product of slope is not -1.

So the given are neither parallel nor perpendicular lines.

Although given lines are intersecting but they do not form 90 degrees angle.
