Write the  equations in slope intercept form.

First equation is 8x +6y = -3

Subtract 8x  from each side.

6y  = -8x -3

Divide to each side by 6.

= (-4/3)x -3 ---> (1)

Secon equation 3x -4y  = -3

Subtract 3x from each side.

-4 = -3x -3

Divide to each side by negitive 4.

y  = (3/4)x +3/4 ---> (2)

Observe the lines slopes are negitive reciprocal to each other.

Given lines are perpendicular.
