Slope intercept form of a line y  = mx + b

First equation y = - x + 2

Slope of first line = -1

Second equation 3x + 3y  = 6

Subtract 3x  from each side.

3y = -3x + 6

Divide each side by 3.

y = -x + 2

Slope of second line = -1.

Slope of two lines are equal.

Given lines are parallel.
