y=-4x+1 and y=-6x-2.

Given lines are y = -4x+1

y = -6x-2

Compare the two lines to y = mx+b.

Slopes are -4,-6.

Slopes are not equal and are not negitive reciprocal to each other.

Given lines neither parallel nor perpendicular.
