Given line equation y = 6

Compare slope intercept form is y = mx+c

Slope m = 0 , y intercept is 6.

Given line is horizontal line.So the perpendicular line to given line is be vertical line.

Slope of vertical line is undefined.

Given point (2,-5)

Line equation is x = 2
