Standerd form of  equation ax+by = c

8y+4 = -3x

Add 3x to each side.

8y+4+3x = -3x+3x

3x+8y+4 = 0

Subtract 4 from each side.

3x+8y+4-4 = 0+4

3x+8y = -4
