write in standard form x + 12y + 6 = 12 - 5x + 9y

I don't know how to do this.. Help!!!

Standard form of a line is ax+by+c = 0.

x+12y+6 = 12-5x+9y

Bring all terms to left side.

x+12y+6-12+5x-9y = 0

6x+3y-6 = 0
